No refunds on the items that has shipped. If proof of defectiveness within 3 days of receiving the item is shown, an exchange maybe done for the same product.

The defective product must be sent to us and shipping must be paid by you. (This is if it is required to, by the manufacturer.)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at reefworldslu@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
