Introduction

In St. Lucia, there are so many different things to part take in. From land to sea, St. Lucia caters for the hikers, the nature seeker and even the diver! There is nothing you cannot find here of this tropical island. Here are a few things but the main must do in St. Lucia:

Scuba Diving!

Being in St. Lucia, scuba diving should be on top of your list. Whether you are certified or not, St. Lucia is more than perfect. The west coast is home to the Caribbean sea. This means clear water and calm seas (mostly). There are times the seas are a bit rough, however, this is seasonally and during weather systems. There are many great instructors and many great places you could go to get your open water certification or simply try the diving out. You could get a dive shop at maybe where you staying or even in the vicinity of where you staying.

Hiking The Pitons

For those who are hiking lovers, going up either one of the pitons is for you. The Gros Piton is one for those who are amateurs and also experts. Gros Piton stands at 798.25m (2,618.9 ft) and has a trail all the way to the top. Petit Piton stands at 743m (2,438 ft). On Petit Piton, the trail and climb is a bit more steep than Gros Piton, hence it is for the more advance hikers. Both trail gives unique views from the surrounding areas they stand all the way to the extreme north and south of the island.

Zip-Lining

Are you someone who is an adrenaline junkie? Well we have one out of many things for you. Zip lining on various lines is one other awesome and fun activities to partake in, if you are wondering what to do in St. Lucia. The zip lining depending where you go have various numbers of lines. In Dennery, there are alot more lines than any other place in St. Lucia. Aside from the breathtaking scenery around, the lines vary in steepness, hence different sliding speeds can be obtained.

Sulphur Springs/Mud Bath

The drive in volcano is one of the worlds most amazing sight. St. Lucia has its own drive in volcano, which is no longer a volcano but a huge area of hot water and loads of steam. This site is for the relax type of person on a trip. Just like a spa, the water is heated and using the sulphur mud, you pass it over your skin. This exfoliates the skin, removing dead skin ect. Leaving your skin soft and refreshed. This activity is for those who came to unwind or even those who have been diving for a while and needs to refresh themselves before heading back home.
